These Terms govern use of the BantuNomics websites and APIs. Commercial data licensing is governed separately, by the agreement described below.
The commercial relationship is governed by a Master Data License Agreement (MDLA) and an accompanying Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Together they set out licence scope (Evaluation, Validation Pilot, or Full Annual Subscription), permitted uses (training, evaluation, derivative models), restrictions (no redistribution, no re-identification of speakers), consent and data-handling obligations, warranties, indemnity, term, and pricing.
Those documents are being finalised with counsel and are provided to partners under diligence in the secure data room. Nothing on this website is a licence or an offer to license. To review the current drafts, request the data room at sales@bantunomics.com.
Some things here are free to use with no account and no agreement: the Alphabet Test, the L26 leaderboard, published coverage counts, the essays, and bantucalculator.com. Use them. Automated access should identify itself and respect the directives in robots.txt.
